Job Title: Estimation and Costing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimation and Costing Engineer to join our Mechanical Components Fabrication unit. As an Estimation and Costing Engineer, you will be responsible for reading and understanding customer drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to prepare accurate estimates and costings for mechanical components fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret customer drawings: Read and interpret customer drawings and BOMs to understand project requirements.

2. Estimate costs: Estimate costs for mechanical components fabrication projects based on customer drawings and BOMs.

3. Develop cost models: Develop cost models to estimate costs for mechanical components fabrication projects.

4. Collaborate with design team: Collaborate with design team to ensure estimates and costings are aligned with design requirements.

Requirements:

1. BE in Mechanical Engineering: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in estimation and costing.

2. Experience in reading technical drawings: Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and BOMs.

3. Estimation and costing experience: Experience in preparing estimates and costings for mechanical components fabrication projects.

4. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹14,477.56 - ₹46,567.34 per month
