Estimation Engineer (Civil) -

Experience: 5+ Years to 7 year

Location: Vapi / Silvassa

Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

We are hiring a qualified and experienced Estimation Engineer (Civil) with expertise in high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis, and project cost estimates

Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.

Work with AutoCAD and Excel for estimation and planning purposes.

Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs; liaise with vendors and contractors.

Evaluate tender documents and assist in bid preparation.

Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams.

Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes and regional regulations.

Maintain records of estimates, actual costs, and budget comparisons.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in civil estimation, especially for high-rise buildings.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant estimation tools.

Good understanding of local construction materials and market rates.

Accuracy in BOQ preparation and cost analysis.

Strong coordination and communication skills.
