Job Description

Title : Estimation & Budgeting - Manager level
Location: Opposite Ghansoli Railway, Thane
Thane Belapur Road, Navi Mumbai 400710, India
Roles and Responsibilities : -
Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects
Develop detailed project cost estimates including material, labor, and equipment costs, as well as project timelines
Manage project budgets and ensure that they are maintained throughout the construction process
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Monitor construction progress and identify potential budget issues
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that we receive the best prices for materials and services
Develop and maintain a database of cost estimates for different types of construction projects
Prepare and present reports to senior management on project costs and budget status
Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have -
Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-
Proven track record of working on premium Residential &
Commercial projects
Strong knowledge of construction materials, costs, and techniques
Familiarity with estimation software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
