Primary Responsibilities

Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations.

Determine project scope, define requirements, quantity measurements, works with team and others to coordinate, meet deadlines and customer requirements.

Should be able to understand architectural/structural drawing for estimation.

Follow the Estimating life cycle in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.

Establish quote priorities/vendor evaluation based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities.

Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analysing standards, programs

Provide financial reporting, trending data. Perform data analysis and development.

Develop and/or revise processes & Procedure as a when require

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering - BE Civil

5+ yrs in Cost Estimating, planning, scheduling, Billing and other areas of project controls in a Construction Projects.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs

Functional knowledge of accounting, financial accounting

Operating knowledge and experience on AutoCAD, design software and engineering tools

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co?workers, outside agencies, business partners, and consultants

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
