Tendering, Estimation, Planning & Billing Engineer

& Responsibilities

Experience in working with contractor company for 4-5 years

Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.

Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.

Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.

Finalizing the vendors and contractors

To develop the strategies and to determine the labour and material costs

Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

Preparation of different quantity from drawing i.e. RCC built up area / brick built-up area /0

Preparation of all project quantities, like RCC, Steel, Tiles, BBM Plaster, painting, POP, etc. from drawings,

Site checking for quality of work as well as work completed schedule

Preparation of payment schedule

Weekly RA bill preparation and submission of bill in account for payment

Preparation of rate analysis, inviting quotation from different contractor

Final bill reconciliation of bills and materials

Preparation of Project budgets

Finalization of contractor to viewing all aspect i.e. labour strength, quality of work, payment holding capacity

Preparation of work order / Agreement for all activity

Required qualification -

Diploma Civil / B.E. (Civil)

Auto-CAD is must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
