Estimation & Billing Engineer

Job Location Head Office at Deccan Gymkhana

Job

2-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH REPUTED CONSTRUCTION/REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN THE FIELD OF ESTIMATION & BILLING.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed estimates/ budgets for different residential and
commercial building projects (Rate analysis).

Develop and verify Material take offs, equipment and bulk
quantities against construction drawings, specifications.

Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ). To prepare BOQ & upload on ERP system. Prepare & process subcontractor bills. To take the measurement from the site engineer. To get work done as per the protocol of the company. To follow up on the accounts department for payment Review the quantities item listed Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and

contractors

On site measurements checking. Bill certification. Should be good in MS Excel and MS word. Preparing reconciliation statements

Skills

Ready to travel to site locations. Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written). Hands on ERP System. Excellent Academic Background. Excellent Knowledge base.

Qualification BE Civil

Experience 2-4 years (Preferably from Reputed Construction Companies)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
