Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Quantity Take-Offs (QTO):

Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to extract quantities of materials, equipment, and services required. Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for all MEP services.

Cost Estimation:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting works. Include material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs.

Tendering and Bidding:

Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings. Prepare and submit competitive bids within deadlines. Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for technical inputs.

Vendor and Material Rate Analysis:

Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Perform rate analysis and cost comparison for selection.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Assist in preparing project budgets based on estimates. Monitor costs during project execution and compare with estimates. Identify cost overruns and report variances.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
