Key Responsibilities:Estimation & Costing

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and feasibility reports for residential and commercial projects Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications Conduct rate analysis and cost benchmarking Support management in project feasibility, cost planning, and value engineering Update estimates as per design changes and market fluctuations

Contracts & Tendering

Prepare tender documents, RFQs, and contractual conditions Float tenders, evaluate bids, and finalize contractors and vendors Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, work orders, and amendments Ensure compliance with contractual terms, timelines, and payment conditions Handle variations, claims, and change orders

Cost Control & Coordination

Monitor project costs and budgets during execution Coordinate with procurement, planning, and project execution teams Support billing certification, reconciliation, and final accounts Maintain proper contract documentation and MIS reports.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 10 yrs above of experience in estimation and contracts within real estate development Strong expertise in BOQ, rate analysis, tendering, and contract management Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation/contract management software Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
