Determine all costs associated with a project, including materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and other overheads.
Project analysis:
Review blueprints, project plans, and client requirements to understand the project's scope and factors that will affect cost.
Bid preparation:
Create detailed bids and proposals for clients or project managers.
Vendor management:
Research and obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and manage bid pricing from vendors.
Cost tracking:
Monitor projects to ensure expenses stay in line with the initial estimate and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk assessment:
Identify potential risks and safety requirements that could impact the project's cost and timeline.
Reporting:
Present cost estimates and detailed reports to management, clients, or other stakeholders.
Tender : Take part in tender on company behalf in different projects
