Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimate and Tender Engineer who will play a crucial role in preparing cost estimates and handling the tendering process for our construction projects in the real estate sector. The role demands expertise in evaluating project requirements, preparing precise cost analysis, and ensuring comprehensive documentation for tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Preparation

: Prepare and manage tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

Cost Estimation

: Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

Bid Analysis

: Conduct thorough analysis of bid proposals and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.

Documentation

: Compile comprehensive documentation for tender submissions, including project scopes, timelines, and budgets.

Collaboration

: Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information and insights for accurate estimation.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, Revit, Microsoft Project

Key Requirements

Experience

: 2-3 years of experience in estimation and tendering within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, such as B.Tech/B.E.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in industry-standard estimating and tendering software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale real estate projects. Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.
