Job Description

Liasoning with all Police Station and Local Government Authorities. Registered the FIR & Complaint at concern police station on behalf of company. Arrange the police protection to the site for safety & security purpose when required. Handling mobs. Handling loutish/Land Mafia/Land Grabbers Safety & Security of site staff members. Oversee commercial and residential property operations and are responsible for maintaining the premises while increasing its curb appeal and value. Handling the property\xe2\x80\x99s financial operations, including collecting rent or sending delinquent notices and preparing and maintaining financial statements. Updating to property owners on its status, informing them about occupancy rates, lease expirations, and other issues, and sometimes consult with them about rent charges. Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units. Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work. Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses. Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings. Secures property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies. Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services. To be visited our client & customers or brokers to the properties as per the instruction by the management. Proper reporting to the management for day to day activities and physical supervision of all properties. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
