Reports To: General Manager | Job Level: Manager | Position Type: Full time | Location: Noida, India


Position Summary:



The main responsibilities for this role include managing invoices, handling missed payments and supervising Accounts Receivable Clerks. Our ideal candidate is familiar with all accounting procedures and can manage daily financial transactions end-to-end. Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor.


Minimum Requirements:




You will have a Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical /Civil /Marine Engineering OR equivalent, with min 7 to 8 years of work experience in Facility Industry /Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry. Commercial experience will be preferred. Should have proficiency in English - written and spoken. Excellent knowledge of Excel and power point.

Key Responsibilities:




Guiding, grooming, developing, and supporting the site's manpower to ensure they are prepared to
face challenges effectively.
Formulating budget controls and monitoring SLAs and KPIs for outsourced agencies to ensure
efficient delivery service.
Maintaining service level agreements and striving for excellent performance indicator scores. Ensuring timely renewal of agreements, submission of invoices, and following up on payments. Overseeing vendor quotations and invoices. Ensuring proper signoffs for attendance and providing necessary details for Monthly MIS. Planning manpower requirements for the site, including involvement in the hiring process. Conducting regular site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of structures, building facilities, and
services.
Promoting teamwork among all facilities. Assisting the DGM Facilities in creating the annual budget for site operations and developing
management strategies.
Reviewing and updating data, files, and communication records. Handling occupants' queries and complaints in verbal and written form. Implementing a robust complaint management process. Communicating operational complications to the relevant authorities and circulating information
to occupants.
Ensuring compliance with health and life safety regulations and implementing recommended risk
assessment measures.
To ensure Fit out guidelines, Move In/Out process and other processes/guidelines etc are adhered
to with no deviation. In case of any deviation. the deviation cases to be properly documented and

rectified within timeline.
Addressing emergency maintenance matters urgently. Maintaining strong relationship management with projects, consultants, contractors, government
authorities, and statutory agencies.
Creating and submitting daily and monthly management reports. Co-ordinating with the project team for HOTO of all assets with proper documentation and
maintaining it by proper filing.
Facilitating services with a focus on safety as a priority.
