Job Title: Estate Manager/Property Manager

Location: Sec-48, Gurgaon
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 15000 to 25000
Working Hours- 9 to 6
Experience Required: 3-5 years (preferably in property/facility management)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and staff of a private estate. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard while managing vendors, budgets, and estate activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

*Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping, gardening, security, and maintenance staff.

*Schedule and oversee property repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance.

*Maintain inventory of household supplies and equipment.

*Manage budgets and control costs related to the estate's operations.

*Hire and manage vendors and contractors for various services (plumbing, electrical, pest control, etc.).

*Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained at all times.

*Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, expense tracking, and vendor payments.

*Liaise with the property owner to report updates, make recommendations, and receive instructions.

Qualifications & Skills:

*Proven experience as an estate manager, property manager, or facility supervisor.

*Strong leadership and team management skills.

*Good understanding of property maintenance systems.

*Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.

*Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

*Basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.)

*Trustworthy, discreet, and professional behavior

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
