Measures of success In 3 months: Win the team\'s trust Thorough understanding of the processes, platforms, tools, technologies in use on client business Get on top of all the ongoing campaign operation In 6 months: Become part of a high performing and motivated team to deliver client delight Refine implementation strategy and delivery to exceed expectations and KPIs Develop the teams broader view and technical capability across platforms Drive series of test & learn initiatives and share learnings In 12 months: Be a trusted expert of team raising your individual and team profile internally and externally Create best in class work to be recognized not only in India but also across the network Driving process level improvement for creating operational efficiency and workload Responsibilities of the role: Thorough understanding of digital campaign including on e-commerce sites Ensure effective delivery of KPIs: CPC, ROAS, GMV, Conversion rate. Proven track record of managing big campaign/budget Able to make plan, projected KPI and proposal for in-house media Takes accountability for clients, and is solution-orientated Provide guidance to the team on planning, operations, and optimization of digital campaigns. To be a team player and work well with all members of the team to ensure all tasks are fulfilled. Guide and advise the wider team on best practices, innovation, and work processes. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the campaign\'s smooth implementation To update the team and clients on new trends and changes in the media landscape (e.g. new media vendors, new ad formats, etc.) Job Requirements Minimum 8 years work experience in Ecommerce at a media agency, client-side in-house team, or media owner capacity Strong digital background with a strategic outlook Solid experience in media planning and buying across ecom platforms (amazon, flipkart, BB, etc) with hands-on experience of advertising technology platforms Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills. Experience in managing multiple work streams and integrating on large projects and teams Demonstrated experience and success working in a client-facing role, with FMCG/Electronics experience an added advantage Shows depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations
