Qualifications BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics/Computer science 8-15 Years of experience in development and leading team in electronics & tool based projects Experience managing projects in HIL (hardware-in-loop) / SIL (software-in-loop) development Experience in managing topics like HIL/SIL tools, Models, HW components (Complete HIL/SIL environment) Very good stakeholder communication skills Sound project planning and project management skills Should have experience managing team of 5-10 members Good problem solving skills in analyzing and leading team in issues in test system environment Support in resource planning and managing utilization Experience in brake systems will be an added advantage. Additional Information Looking for a candidate who is willing to lead a team and take up both technical and project management responsibilities.
