Job Description

Lead local team based on technologies, comprised of quality, supply chain, sourcing, technical functions inc. validation, GMP, SHE, Sustainability to ensure Galderma standards are met. Organize business review meetings, where key stakeholders and technical experts meet to discuss joint opportunities, potential roadblocks to collaboration, activities and resources required, and share strategies and relevant market trends. Manage performance of the local suppliers. Serve as primary point of escalation for issues/KPIs. Set targets for the suppliers KPI dashboards. Set goals for local team members with functional heads. Review KPIs with suppliers and internal teams. Ensure implementation of CAPAs Communicate changes and issues with suppliers. Set resource plans and budgets for the SRT. Lead major projects to improve supplier performance. Create and follow Project and account plans (transfers, launches, capacity, saving, changes) Write 3-5year strategic plans for accounts. Provide technical expertise in area of responsibility. Lead and review continuous improvement projects. Prioritize and lead innovation ideas in collaboration with suppliers. Assure the team has one voice to third parties and local affiliate. Coordinate across functions and leadership teams. Link between External Supply Organization and local affiliate. Key Relationships (internal and external): Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, MST, Regulatory, Marketing, New Product Development. Skills Qualifications: Education and Training : Technical Degree with additional qualification in operations management : English (fluent). Work Experience : Minimum of 8 - 10 years managerial experience in an operational environment, especially pharmaceutical and or cosmetic manufacturing. Preferable hands-on experience in 2-3 functional areas (procurement, quality, supply chain, OPEX, MST, engineering). Natural Leader, direct indirect leadership skills, influencing skills. Strongly business oriented. Pragmatic Hands-on, fact and data based. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
