Job Description

o Implementation of the ITOM - Discovery, Service Mapping & Event management solution. o Complex integration of Event management tools & ITOM architecture o ITSM module and workflow design o Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accurate and comprehensive configuration item (CI) data. o Create and manage data integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, service graph connectors, and other integration methods. o Develop custom workflows and utilize Flow Designer for automated data management within the CMDB. o Implement and enforce CSDM (Common Service Data Model) guidelines for enhanced CMDB maturity. o Hands-on development to include creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules o Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods o Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery (on prem and cloud), Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases. o 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow o Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more. o MID Server management experience o Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations
