Job Description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITOM implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Design solution architectures and technical designs for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, CMDB, and related ITOM modules. Drive best-practice configurations, development standards, and governance for platform customizations. Perform hands-on development: scripting, workflow design, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server configuration and troubleshooting. Manage and optimize CMDB data model, reconciliation rules, CI relationships, and data quality processes. Lead complex integrations with monitoring, APM, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), orchestration tools, and ITSM processes. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes and performance improvements. Mentor and supervise developers and administrators, conduct code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions. Expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.""
