ServiceNow Architect (8-10 Years)

Must Have Experience

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practices

\xc2\xb7 Experienced of implementing ITSM + (one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD)

\xc2\xb7 Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound

\xc2\xb7 Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation

\xc2\xb7 Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates and Mid Server

\xc2\xb7 Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management

\xc2\xb7 Experience of custom applications development

\xc2\xb7 Experience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration use case implementation

Good to have Experience

\xc2\xb7 Experience in working on Performance Analytics

\xc2\xb7 Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.

\xc2\xb7 Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM

\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred

Academic and Professional Experience

Professional

\xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow required

\xc2\xb7 8+ years of experience with IT Industry required

Academics

\xc2\xb7 Certified System Admin

\xc2\xb7 CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping

\xc2\xb7 ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
