We are urgently hiring for an ESIC Insurance Claim Settlement Executive with one of the leading Healthcare agency based in Malad.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented ESIC Claim Settlement Executive to manage the entire lifecycle of ESIC claims, from documentation to settlement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for client service, and a drive to expand our business footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication & Service Delivery:

- Interact with employees/beneficiaries to explain ESIC benefits and guide them through the claim process.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of ESIC benefits (medical, dependent, pension, etc.) to beneficiaries.

2. Claim Processing & Follow-up:

- Prepare and submit claim files to ESIC authorities with meticulous attention to detail.

- Coordinate with hospitals, employers, and ESIC offices to expedite claim approvals.

- Proactively follow up with ESIC authorities to ensure claims are processed and credited to beneficiaries' accounts swiftly.

3. Documentation & Records Management:

- Maintain organized records of claims, payments, and correspondence.

- Prepare invoices and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

4. Business Development & Lead Generation:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

- Leverage digital marketing tools to generate leads and enhance visibility.

- Request referrals from existing clients to drive organic growth.

5. Operational Excellence:

- Handle all office operations independently, ensuring smooth workflow.

- Bring creative ideas to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline

- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English (other languages an asset)

- Experience: Prior experience in insurance, claims processing, or customer service preferred

- Digital Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing and willingness to learn

- Personal Attributes: Self-starter, empathetic, persistent, and eager to grow
