Job Description

Contribute to technology design and consultation, in the development, integration, launch, scaling, and maintenance of new and existing products and solutions Promote use of innovative new technology and best practices for solution development initiatives Identify key application design patterns and standard application frameworks Provide design directives to junior software developers, including how to construct and integrate software, in order to meet all functional and non-functional requirements Clearly describe fine-grained components, application programming interfaces and frameworks (development and runtime) of a system based on requirements Anticipate, resolve and communicate critical issues, bugs or potential failure points to the functional and technical teams in a timely manner Seek and provide clarifications on defects or clarifications raised by Business Units Aim for a defect-free application ecosystem Responsible for Tier1 & Tier2 application support LI-DNI
5+ years of strong experience on Siebel EIM, ETL, SQL & PLSQL. Experience in development of end-to-end ETL solutions between various systems Hands on experience in Data Integration and Configuration. Strong understanding of relational database concepts. Good knowledge on Data Warehousing / Dimensional Modeling concepts & query optimization Strong database experience (Oracle/SQL Server), with good knowledge in schema designing Knowledge on Oracle SOA, Siebel EIM and Siebel Data Model is a plus Hands-on experience in Application Performance Tuning Ability to support and monitor production data loads and real time integrations Ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers and project teams, Ability to validate business scenarios with a quick POC Ability to write & execute Unit Tests and update technical design documents Should have passion to learn and implement new technologies Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills Ability to work with cross-cultural teams in a remote management environment Strong knowledge on DevOps & Agile Methodologies
