Key Responsibilities
To identify the ESG initiatives in co-ordination with the functions and
drive implementation across functions
To review and monitor the progress of ESG compliance
To document and maintain ESG monitoring and related processes
To conduct trainings and create ongoing awareness around ESG
Reporting on ESG asctivities
Preferred Skill Set
ESG knowledge and experience preferably in Insurance sector
In-depth functional knowledge with an eye for detail.
Sound analytical skills to review information and identify issues
Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
Good drafting, negotiation and transactional skills.
Dependability: Being reliable, responsible, dedicated, committed and fulfilling obligations
Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
