Job Opportunity: ESG Manager BangaloreA reputed organization in the food services and hospitality domain is looking for an experienced ESG Manager to join their CSR department in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing the companys Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy with a strong focus on sustainability, ethical business practices, and community engagement.Purpose of the Role:To drive the organizations CSR vision by enhancing its social and ecological impact, building a bridge between business and the community, and promoting sustainable practices across all levels.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement CSR strategies aligned with business values and objectives.Lead sustainability projects, community outreach, and philanthropic activities.Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders on social, environmental, and ethical matters.Track and evaluate CSR initiatives and report outcomes to senior management.Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and global standards.Increase awareness and engagement in CSR among employees and communities.Represent the organization in CSR forums and build strategic partnerships.Collaborate with vendors, non-profits, and community groups to drive impact.Implement environmentally responsible practices (e.g., energy efficiency, waste reduction).Address community needs through education, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.Oversee ethical sourcing and monitor supply chain sustainability.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.Deliver internal and external reports and communications on CSR outcomes.Keep abreast of CSR trends and regulatory updates.Efficiently manage CSR program budgets and resources.Coordinate with marketing/communications to promote CSR efforts publicly.Required Qualifications:Graduate / MBA / PGDBM in Social Services, CSR, Sustainability, or a related field.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of experience in CSR & sustainability.Industry exposure preferred: Food Services, Catering, Hotels & Hospitality, FMCG, Facilities.Strong knowledge of CSR frameworks and ESG reporting.Project management and stakeholder collaboration expertise.Ethical and socially responsible outlook with high integrity.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.Experience in managing corporate philanthropy, diversity, and ethical sourcing.If you are passionate about creating meaningful social and environmental impact while supporting business growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
