E-Sevai Operator

Freshers/Experienced (Training Provided)

Responsibilities

Handle customer services politely & quickly

Process ration, voter, PF, Aadhaar PVC, PAN, EC, Patta, certificates

Do Xerox/print/scan/lamination

Maintain daily Google Sheet entries

Check documents before submission

Keep the centre clean and customer-friendly

Upsell extra services (PVC, insurance, corrections, etc.)

Skills Needed

Basic computer knowledge

Fast typing

Scanning/printing/lamination skills

Good communication & patience

Honest and responsible
