Designation: Escrow Compliance Manager

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Experience: 3-8 Years (Prior experience in NBFC/Bank/Road / Infrastructure / Big 4 Firms)
Qualification: MBA preferred/ CA InterKey Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day treasury operations across InvIT & SPVs Handle Escrow account operations, the waterfall mechanism, and ensure lender compliance Execute & monitor debt servicing for Term Loans / NCDs / BGs / LCs / WC lines Prepare cash flow forecasts (daily/weekly/monthly) & debt repayment schedules Coordinate with banks, lenders & financial institutions for transactions and documentation Manage investment of surplus funds in FDs, Mutual Funds, etc. Drive ERP / Treasury software implementation & automation initiatives
Required Skills:

Strong understanding of ESCROW & banking compliance in infrastructure assets Knowledge of project finance structures Term Loans / NCDs / Non-Fund Facilities Hands-on experience in Tally / Treasury ERP Modules Advanced Excel & Reporting Ability Strong lender coordination & negotiation skills

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
