Role Overview
We are hiring for the Flipkart L2 - Escalation Desk (Premium Process). This is a promoted profile where you will handle escalated and high-priority customer cases. You will not receive direct incoming calls from customers; instead, you will handle calls transferred by customer support agents once they have been escalated.
Key Responsibilities
Handle escalated/high-priority customer concerns professionally.
Provide accurate resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage cases transferred by customer support agents.
Maintain call quality, empathy, and professionalism at all times.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for escalated cases.
Work in rotational shifts as per process requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of documented experience in customer service.
Graduation is mandatory.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in escalation or premium process is an added advantage.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Salary & Benefits
