Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex implementations of tools such as ServiceNow, Oracle, and Sales Force, combined with strong expertise in Agile methodologies.


Key Responsibilities


Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Lead implementation and integration of enterprise tools including ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion (ERP). Drive Agile practices across teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Manage deliverables produced by team (Internal and External) and ensure they meet SITA's Definition of Done Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance. Effectively Collaborate with Development, QA, Release Engineering and Operations teams Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.
Required Qualifications


6+ years of experience in technical project management within IT or enterprise environments. PMP or Prince Certification desired. Proven experience in Planning and implementing and managing tools such as ServiceNow, Oracle, Sales Force. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills Leadership and Teamworking skills Presentation skills Experience in tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps
Preferred Skills


Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Hands-on experience with Technology and SaaS Implementations Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integration projects. * Knowledge of Airport operations, and/or Aviation IT sectors relating to travel facilitation.
