Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce

Education Cloud

implementations, including architecture, configuration, customization, and integration. Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring best practices and platform scalability. Mentor and guide a team of developers and administrators. Integrate Salesforce Education Cloud with other systems (Student Information Systems, ERP, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with product owners and functional consultants to define project scope and delivery plans. Optimize performance and data models for Education Cloud objects (Affiliations, Program Enrollment, Course Connections, etc.). Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and integration standards.

Required Skills & Experience

5-8 years of Salesforce experience with at least

2+ years in Education Cloud

. Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL). Experience with

Education Data Architecture (EDA)

. Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering Salesforce solutions. Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.). Salesforce certifications such as

Education Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect

preferred. Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

Exposure to Marketing Cloud for student engagement journeys. Knowledge of Higher Education CRM processes (admissions, enrollment, alumni, student success). * Agile/Scrum project experience
