:
SFCC :

• The resource is Responsible for leading a team of software engineers of SFCC applications, and AKENEO PIM systems
• Technical designs for eCommerce applications including creating technical design documents, engaging team of developers to build and implement solutions, integrations with AKENEO PIM
• Ensuring solution designs are flexible, maintainable, secure, accessible, performant for different regions. Drive teams to utilize and follow test driven development best practices.
• Provide eCommerce expertise and drive strategic thinking
• Implementation of new features and bug fixing on the Digital Platform
• Work across agile methodology, working with multiple initiatives
• Oversee development including mentoring and coaching software engineers to scale our software engineering practice

PM Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership of Program and Project Management
• Ensure deliverables are taken care and delivered on time by working with team
• Should be available to client always and manage deliverable without any escalation
• Front ending team on critical and severity issues and drive to closure by working with client, cross vendors and boundary systems
• Effective shift planning and alignment of associates on need basis based on task priority
• Effective collation of data and metrics and providing the deliverable reports and statistics to Sr. Leadership and client
• Presenting deliverable status to client in daily / weekly calls
• Proper utilization of team and focus on productivity improvement
• Continuous upskill / reskill of team members based on project need, providing timely feedback for team improvement

Qualifications:
Minimum work experience 14+ years of software operations, 10 years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce application development & Program/Project Management
Strong experience in ecommerce domain
Must be an ITIL certified
PMP/Scrum exposure and certification preferred
Participated in RFP/RFI deals preparation
Experienced in Estimation, Pricing, SOW Writing

Skills Required
