- Experience level 8-10 years IT / Technology / Hi Tech consulting background and experience (Functional)
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience on Sales and Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge on Business process Lead to cash & Renewal process process.
- Must have experience in Renewal Management, Order Management, Service Contract and Entitlement management.
- Should have experience in Partner Portal, Deal registration process, Opportunity and forecast management.
