Lead process evaluation and analysis primarily across HR and IT, Finance, and Legal domains.
Perform deep-dive assessments of HR onboarding and related sub-processes.
Map pain points and identify opportunities for AI and RPA integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration architecture.
Prepare and present deliverables, recommendations, and process documentation.
Support AI implementation planning and roadmap development.
Ensure high-quality documentation and stakeholder alignment throughout the engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of implementation experience in Oracle HCM, including
Fusion Cloud
.
Strong functional knowledge in
Core HR
,
Employee onboarding
,
Recruit to Retire cycle
.
Proven experience in
employee onboarding
and
Recruit-to-Retire
process mapping.
Hands-on experience with implementation, support, and enhancement projects across global clients.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with project methodologies such as AIM/OUM.
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with AI/RPA evaluations and integration planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
