As a Software Lead you will be

• Responsible for Deliverables from the Engineering Team.
• Complete V model know how for SW development activity such as Requirement engg, Arch, Coding, Unit testing, Integration testing to release testing
• Provide directions to team and ability to deep dive along with experts in problem solving
• Lead the team in technical discussions with stakeholders
• Drive clean coding and design principal methods in the team
• Involve in Resource planning, competence development & deployment, Associate engagement.
• Implement agile methods along with state-of-the-art practices
• Ensure process adherence by team, monitored via KPI.
• Plan and perform Quality gates
• Monitor and Control Team related risks.
• Strong communication skills, cooperative/collaborative, teamwork, persuasive, influencing and effective negotiation.
• Strong leadership skills
• Result oriented, Process orientation, Structured approach towards problem solving, Active partner co-ordination and technical interaction

Qualifications

BE (Computer Science , Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication), ME , M.Tech
