: Role o ERP Fin Lead Responsibilities o Understand the core ERP Finance process o Should have worked as Functional / Technical Consultant in Financial modules AP/AR/FA/GL/CM o Must have experience in latest ERP Finance application with at least one implementation project o Design, Development and Unit Testing of Enhancements in ERP Finance application o Create and modify customizations as per requirements. o Create and modify reports & Interfaces as per the requirements. o Design / review of ERP Finance applications data conversions, interfaces and custom reports o Conduct workshops for business requirements / fit-gap / keep-drop/ As-Is o Conduct delta presentations o Deliverable tracking and monitoring the milestones o Prepare technical design documents o Mentor junior team members o Perform peer code review o Responsible to migrate the changes to the test instances and test the changes o Support System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test The Role offers o An outstanding opportunity to apply ERP Finance application technical skills to add value to the business and operations o High visibility, opportunity to interact with Customer team. o Develop FSCM skills and other learn different module in ERP Finance application o Build good working relationship with Customer and stake holders o Exposure to team management Essential Skills o Good understanding of Finance process o Should have knowledge and experience on the respective technology platform o Good knowledge in configuring financial modules like AP/AR/GL/CM /PO/OM/Inv o Self-driven, ability to work independently and drive actions to conclusion o Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders Essential Qualification o BE / master's degree in computer science/application (MCA, MSc Computer Science etc..) from a Premier Institute with 6-12 years' experience as a technical consultant in ERP Finance application o B.com/M.
