As a

Junior ERPNext Functional Techie

, you will support our product and client customization efforts. This is a

tech-functional hybrid role

, ideal for candidates who are technically inclined and want to build domain expertise in ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Understand core ERPNext modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM Assist in requirement gathering from internal or client teams Support module setup, user creation, role configuration, and workflow setup Customize forms, reports, and fields using ERPNext tools (no/low-code) Write basic scripts (JS/Python) with guidance for client-specific use cases Coordinate with developers for advanced customizations Conduct testing and user training sessions Create documentation for setups and customizations.

Skills Required

Basic understanding of ERP software or business processes (internships count) Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or SQL is a bonus Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn Communication skills for working with team and clients.
