Role Overview
The ERPNext Functional Consultant is responsible for understanding business processes, mapping client requirements, configuring ERPNext modules, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the ERP system across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Configure ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Buying, Selling, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and Projects.

Set up company structure, Chart of Accounts, cost centers, and warehouses.

Coordinate with developers for customizations, workflows, and reports.

Conduct user training and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Validate GL entries, tax logic, and document workflows.

Prepare test cases, manuals, SOPs, and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong functional knowledge of ERPNext modules and Frappe Framework.

Understanding of accounting, HR, manufacturing, and project management workflows.

Excellent documentation, analytical, and presentation skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Experience in data import, validation, and version control.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Applications. MBA or ERP certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

2-8 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 2 years in ERPNext.

Experience in end-to-end ERPNext projects across manufacturing, trading, and service sectors.

Exposure to integration with third-party systems (Shopify, WhatsApp, Payment Gateways).

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct workshops.
