About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ERPNext Expert to design, implement, and maintain an end-to-end ERP system for our eyewear manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Frappe/ERPNext, hands-on coding ability (Python, JS, MariaDB), and strong understanding of business operations -- from manufacturing and inventory to accounting and POS.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Customization

Configure and deploy ERPNext modules including Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, CRM, Inventory, and POS.

Customize forms, scripts, workflows, print formats, and dashboards.

Integrate ERPNext with Shopify and other third-party tools (shipping, accounting, payment gateways).

Process Mapping & Automation

Understand operational workflows -- production, QC, shipping, purchase, and retail.

Design automated SOPs for each department.

Build custom reports and KPI dashboards for management.

Technical Development

Create custom apps/modules using Frappe Framework.

Write and maintain server scripts, API integrations, and client scripts.

Ensure database optimization and version control (GitHub).

Training & Support

Conduct training sessions for teams.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Prepare user manuals and system documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience with ERPNext (minimum 3 years).

Strong understanding of Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and Linux.

Experience integrating ERPNext with Shopify or similar platforms.

Understanding of manufacturing and inventory workflows preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ERPNext Developer Certification or equivalent experience.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or retail environment.

Experience setting up ERPNext on Frappe Cloud or self-hosted service

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
