Responsibilities:

Develop and Customize ERPNext Modules:

Design, develop, and customize ERPNext modules to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Integration:

Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and communication.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERPNext-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Database Management:

Optimize and manage databases to ensure data integrity and efficient data retrieval.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, integrations, and technical processes.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Code Review:

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest ERPNext developments and continuously improve the system to enhance functionality and performance.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERPNext development and customization.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python and JavaScript. Strong understanding of ERPNext framework and Frappe. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Linux server administration. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Certification in ERPNext or related technologies.
