Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic ERPNext Consultant to assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext solutions for our clients. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in ERPNext , who are eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERPNext for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs. Gather and document client requirements, translating them into effective ERPNext solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERPNext systems, resolving issues promptly. Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using ERPNext. Collaborate with senior consultants and developers to customize ERPNext modules as needed. Support data migration and system integration tasks to ensure seamless ERPNext deployment. Maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and client interactions. Stay updated on ERPNext features, updates, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 1 year of experience working with ERPNext or other ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle). Basic understanding of ERPNext architecture, modules, and configuration. Familiarity with business processes such as accounting, inventory, sales, or supply chain management. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERPNext setup, administration, or customization. Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL for basic ERPNext customization. Familiarity with data migration or integration tools. Understanding of business analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel). Prior experience in client-facing roles or consulting.
