Job Description

As an ERPNEXT Functional Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and implementing ERPNEXT ERP solutions to meet the unique needs of our business. Your role involves understanding business processes, configuring ERPNEXT modules, training users, and ensuring the system aligns with business objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver a robust and efficient ERP system.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Analyze Business Processes: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and requirements to ensure ERPNEXT can effectively support business operations.

2. Configure and Implement ERPNEXT Modules: Set up and configure various ERPNEXT modules including CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and others according to business needs.

3. Customization and Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to customize ERPNEXT modules or integrate them with other software systems when out-of-the-box solutions do not meet business requirements.

4. Training and Support: Develop and provide training to end-users on how to utilize ERPNEXT effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.

5. Project Management: Manage ERPNEXT implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.

6. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user instructions.

7. Quality Assurance: Conduct tests to ensure that the system functions correctly and meets all specified requirements. Address any issues or bugs that arise during testing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an ERPNEXT Functional Consultant or similar ERP implementation role.

- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP system capabilities.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to train users and provide effective support.

- Experience in project management and documentation.

- Proficiency in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in ERPNEXT or related ERP systems.

- Experience in customizing and integrating ERP systems.

- Knowledge of programming languages like Python is a plus.
