Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an ERP Telesales Representative. The role involves actively engaging with potential and existing customers to promote NoBrokerHood's ERP solutions. Daily responsibilities include making outbound sales calls, understanding client needs, providing exceptional customer support, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes educating clients about the platform, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless experience during onboarding and ongoing service.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively Should have Proficient Communication in English and Hindi 0-2 years of experience in Accounting and Sales Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients Proficiency in Sales techniques and meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to provide Training and guidance to customers on platform usage Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding results Previous experience in telesales or related roles is a plus A graduate degree in any field or equivalent relevant experience
