ROLE OVERVIEW

We are implementing ERPNext across our organization and looking for an ERP System Administrator who will be the bridge between our business users and the ERP implementation partner. This person will own the day-to-day management of our ERP system post go-live.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

During Implementation (3-4 months):

Work closely with the implementation team to understand system configuration Document business processes and workflows in the ERP Become a power user across all modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Manufacturing/Production as applicable) Participate in user training sessions Support data migration and testing activities

Post Go-Live:

Provide first-level support to all ERP users Handle minor configurations (forms, custom fields, print formats, user permissions) Generate and schedule reports as per business needs Identify process improvements and automation opportunities Coordinate with ERP vendor for customizations and enhancements Conduct refresher training for existing users and onboard new users Maintain system documentation and user guides

WHO YOU ARE

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/B.Tech preferred) 2-4 years of hands-on experience with any ERP system (ERPNext/SAP/Tally ERP/Zoho/Odoo) Strong understanding of business processes: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounts Experience in user support and basic system configuration Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

Prior experience with ERPNext or Frappe framework Understanding of manufacturing/trading operations Experience coordinating with technical vendors
