The job will require extensive traveling so having a

Valid Passport

is mandatory . Must be willing to travel within India and abroad whenever required. The person should have strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and workflows .

Responsibilities and Duties

Prior 2 years work experience of software solution support& implementation is must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively Willingness to travel to various locations for on-site implementation and support. Working knowledge of SQL is must Enforce successful implementations of the software solutions to our clients and provide continuous support as per the clients needs Escalates and mitigates client installation issues. Impart the orientation training for the proper usage of the technical solutions to the users Serve as a primary contact for client installation & Support process. Proving software support as per the client's requirement. Immediate joiners preferred . Hands on working with the ticketing tool.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

BCA/MCA/BTECH/BSC with minimum 1-year diploma in Computer Science BCOM with minimum 1-year diploma in Computer Science The candidate should be independently capable of handing clients with excellent positive approach and communication. Mandotary prior 2 year working exp with ERP Support & implementation is needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
