We are looking for a male ERP support Executive and find the JD below

JD:

1+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a software environment. Basic understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Have experience in Focus software application (From any other companies) Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools. Familiarity with software development concepts and practices. Basic knowledge of programming languages or scripting. Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Proficiency in using common operating systems (Windows). Experience with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Soft Skills and Cultural Fit Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills and Employee-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Location-

T Nagar, Chennai

Salary

- upto 3LPA-4LPA ( depend on interview performance)+ PF, ESI/ Group Medical Insurance.
