Role Overview
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the face of our company for our clients post implementation. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term retention. You'll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues, provide training, and drive the overall success of our ERP software.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding.
Provide product training and support to school staff and administrators.
Troubleshoot basic product issues and coordinate with technical teams for escalations.
Monitor client usage and ensure optimal adoption of the ERP modules.
Proactively follow up on client concerns and feature requests.
Assist in configuring modules like School Setup, Fee Management, Attendance, etc.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and updates.
Build strong client relationships to promote renewals and referrals.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Logical problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting, etc.).
Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new tools, processes, and ERP features.
Bachelor's degree in any field; tech or education background preferred.
Additional Requirements
Ability to travel to client locations for face-to-face interaction, if required (post-training phase).

Compensation & Employment Terms
CTC: Fixed + Travel Allowances
Probation Period: 6 months
Bond Period: 2 years of service commitment, to begin after completion of the probation period
Increments: Annual performance-based increment applicable after completing 1 full year with the company (6 months of Probation + 6 months into the bond)
