About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Software Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounts, inventory, purchase, and sales flow, and be able to provide professional remote support to our clients using accounting software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for accounting software users.
Assist clients in managing accounts, inventory, purchase, and sales processes within the system.
Train users on accounting software features and best practices.
Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently via remote tools.
Document and report recurring issues to the development team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting software (SA) industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and business workflows.
Experience with inventory management, purchase & sales flow.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
Technical aptitude to handle software installations and configurations.
