To ensure smooth implementation, support, and maintenance of the ERP system used by the interior fit-out company, and to serve as the point of contact between users and the ERP software provider/developer.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide first-level support for ERP users across departments (procurement, HR, accounts, projects, stores).
Diagnose and resolve software and user issues in coordination with the ERP vendor when needed.
ERP Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams and external ERP developers to implement new features or changes.
Ensure timely entry and accuracy of data by end users across all modules.
Training & Documentation:
Conduct user training for new and existing employees on ERP modules and functionalities.
Maintain user manuals, documentation, and update logs.
System Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor day-to-day operations through the ERP to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Generate customized reports and dashboards as per management requirements.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and suggest ERP-based automation solutions.
Assist in testing and validating new modules or system updates before live deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (custom or platforms like Odoo, SAP, Tally ERP, etc.).
Experience working in an interior fit-out, construction, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
