Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

ERP Support Executive

to manage and support day-to-day operations of our

Progen ERP system

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of ERP modules across our locations and will work closely with factory and office teams to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and provide end-user training.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

technical and functional support

for Progen ERP across all departments. Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across modules. Handle

user access, role configurations, and troubleshooting

. Coordinate with the software vendor for upgrades, patches, and customizations. Conduct regular training sessions for end users at factories and head office. Prepare reports and dashboards using ERP tools as per management requirements. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest ERP-based automation. Visit factories in

Daman and Tarapur

periodically to ensure ERP adoption and resolve on-site issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience

in ERP support or implementation.

Hands-on experience in Progen ERP software

is a must. Strong understanding of business processes -- especially in manufacturing, inventory, and production. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to

travel regularly

to Daman and Tarapur units.

Preferred Attributes:

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Good interpersonal skills for coordination between IT, accounts, and factory teams. Experience in report creation and SQL-based query handling (added advantage).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
