/ Responsibilities:
Odoo ERP system installation, configuration, and deployment
Customization of modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) as per company workflow
Data migration from existing systems
Training of staff / end-user support
Testing, debugging, and go-live support
Maintenance and post-launch support
Requirements / Skills:
Proven experience implementing Odoo ERP (mention versions, e.g. v14, v15, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, Odoo framework
Ability to customize modules and develop custom features
Familiarity with business processes in manufacturing / engineering / supply chain (since EA / Aras Engineering)
Good communication skills, ability to understand requirements and translate to system
Nice to Have:
Experience in multi-company, multi-warehouse setups
Prior experience with companies in engineering / mechanical / production domain
Ability to travel onsite if needed
