Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to incoming inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
Conduct online demos to showcase MySmartSchool ERP features and benefits.
Provide technical support and assistance to existing clients.
Manage customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
1 year
in sales, customer support, or a similar role (preferably in ERP or software solutions).
Experience in the
EdTech, School ERP, or SaaS
industry is a plus.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in
Hindi and English
(both mandatory).
Technical Setup:
Must have their own
laptop/desktop
and a
stable internet connection
.
Familiarity with online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
