Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
ERP Sales Representative
to lead ERP sales initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their operational needs, and positioning ERP solutions that drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and a strong understanding of ERP platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for ERP solutions across industries
Conduct market research to build a robust sales pipeline
Engage with prospective clients to assess business requirements
Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution mapping
Achieve defined sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Maintain long-term client relationships to support upselling and cross-selling
Monitor competitor offerings and market developments
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
2-4 years of experience in ERP, software, or product sales
Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle
Target-oriented with a consistent sales track record
Willingness to travel as required
